  • Assets & liabilities, debt & equity ,borrowing/funding capacity, Issue bonds, external audit annual account review, general ledger reconciliation
  • Project costing, tender, consultancy services, property valuation, provisional lot pricing mark up on sales
  • Value Added Tax (VAT), compliance check, internal control, bank reconciliation, work budget, the financial model for capital projects, the pricing model for products, and mortgage financing.
