·       Set out budget for the year ended 31 December 2025 (2026 budget in progress at time of writing).

·       Use Xero accounting software to assist with monthly management accounts – reporting on actual vs. budgeted income and expenditure and regular giving to the Parochial Church Council (who are the Trustees of the charity).

·       Submit applications for grant funding to the Diocese (regional church), Love Your Neighbour charity and Listed Places of Worship Grant Scheme.

·       Process weekly payments via online banking with finance manager (dual authorization).

·       Pay expenses to staff on a regular basis upon receipt of sufficient supporting evidence and line manager authorization.

·       Count and pay in at bank cash receipts from church giving on Sundays.
