Key attributes:
- Demonstrated experience with agricultural and/or construction and forestry equipment and a technical know-how would be an advantage
- An ability to manage time and others very well
- Ability to manage and enhance customer relationships
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good mechanical and technical understanding
- Good computer skills and literacy
- Willingness to go the extra mile when required to meet the demands of the role
- Able to perform as part of a wider team
Daily responsibilities:
This role is office based and will be working as part of a team, coordinating their Technicians.
A snapshot of your day to day is listed below;
- Managing daily customer service and repair requirements
- Allocation of both in-field and workshop service and repair jobs to Technicians
- Communicating with customers throughout the service process
- Maintain service bookings and ensure booking information is up to date and accurate
- Provide clear concise information to Technicians via repair orders whilst arranging relevant parts
- Review of repair orders upon completion, ensuring documentation is correct for invoicing
- Maintain good communication with Workshop Manager, Service Foreman and Technicians
