We are proud to be working with our favourite beverages & syrups company to fill the role of Warehouse Storeperson in Lower Hutt, Wellington.
Working in this busy and growing warehouse environment, you will be part of a small but dynamic team focused on getting product from NZ to the rest of the world!
Hours of Work:
7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday
Remuneration:
This role is paying a market competitive hourly rate of up to $30 per hour dependent on your warehousing & forklift operating experience.
Day to Day you will be responsible for:
- Moving stock using various techniques
- Accurately loading trucks, on time and in full
- Preparing, loading and dispatching outwards goods
- Assisting with team production targets
- Maintaining a clean and well-organised working area
To be considered for this role you will have:
- An OSH endorsed Forklift License
- Previous experience working in a stores or warehouse environment
- A desire to learn and grow
- Good physical ability and previous experience assisting with dispatch or loading duties
- Strong communication skills and be a good team player
- A good understanding of health and safety in a manufacturing environment
- A good team attitude and be hardworking, trustworthy and reliable
It’s all about work ethic and productivity here, so if you have the Stores or Warehouse experience and are physically fit, my client is more than happy to train you in other facets of the role.
