This employer is a New Zealand owned and operated joinery business, specialising in Kitchens. They have an opportunity to join their team as a Tradesman.
To be successful in this role you must be/have:
- 3+ years of Joinery or other relevant work experience
- Have good communication skills
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Able to work unsupervised and in a team environment
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Have the ability to work CNC machines
- Have a forklift licence (desired but not essential)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to ensure you manage your workload
- Be Honest and Reliable with a good Attitude and Work Ethic
Your day-to-day tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Manufacture and assembly of Kitchens and some bespoke work
- Cleaning joinery, ensuring it is ready for dispatch
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly
- Quality checking of the end product
- Weekly staff meetings
- Health and Safety
