Our contact is seeking a Technology and Data Specialist to shape the next evolution of their technology landscape — someone equally comfortable getting hands-on with systems as they are leading strategy, integrations, and vendor relationships.

The role
This role blends technical depth with business understanding. You’ll oversee technology operations, strengthen data and analytics capabilities, and help build a future-ready platform. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in an agile, fast-moving environment and wants visible impact in a small, empowered team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technology operations and ensure reliability across platforms and systems.
• Oversee system integrations, APIs, and vendor relationships.
• Support and enhance customer-facing digital channels.
• Develop and maintain data warehousing and analytics frameworks.
• Partner with business stakeholders to make data accessible and actionable.
• Introduce automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and insight.
• Manage security, access, and compliance processes.

About you
You’re a practical, forward-thinking technologist who enjoys variety — one day resolving a technical challenge, the next shaping architectural direction or testing a new data pipeline. You’ll bring:

• Proven experience across integrations, APIs, and data systems.
• Strong grounding in website or portal development.
• Confidence managing external technology vendors.
• Experience building or managing data warehouses and reporting systems.
• A collaborative and inquisitive mindset, unafraid to question and suggest better ways of working.

Bonus points if you’ve worked in financial services, fintech, or other regulated environments, or have explored how GenAI and automation can improve business processes.
