Key Functions of this Role

  • Target the farming and agriculture sectors where you will be skilled at building and retaining great long lasting relationships
  • Create awareness of the brand in New Zealand Rural Sectors
  • Sell the benefits of our company in relation to functional yield improvement, economic and environmental benefits.
  • Secure product trials in each market sector i.e. Pastoral - dairy, beef & lamb, pig farming and poultry, and Horticulture - potatoes and other vegetables, fruit orchards, kiwifruit, vineyards, seedling nurseries and instant lawn and other individual channels.


The Ideal Candidate
This company is seeking an outgoing proven salesperson or sales manager, ideally from the farming and agricultural sectors, or closely related sector, who is passionate about sustainable solutions that are proven to work!

You will be a person who can easily engage and build respect and trust from a diverse audience, where you are able to fit in with farmers/agriculture companies and relate to their challenges.

Through your adaptive, genuine and successful sales style you can add value and grow the business.

Ideally you will have an agriculture or science related qualification and have an excellent networks within these industry sectors.  You will need to have great technical aptitude with an ability to tailor sharing your product knowledge aligned to your customers.

In return there is a fantastic base salary and a sales incentive plus company vehicle, highlighting the importance of this role to the growth of the New Zealand business.
