About this role:
This organisation is looking for a Technical Change Lead to join its team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate technical release and deployment activities across complex, fast-paced environments. As a key contributor in ensuring the successful delivery of software and infrastructure changes, you’ll collaborate closely with development, operations, and business teams to maintain accuracy, minimise disruption, and drive continuous improvement in deployment practices.
You’ll bring a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, release management, and CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on experience in scripting and automation. Your proven project management skills will enable you to oversee multiple concurrent deployments while troubleshooting issues efficiently and ensuring timely resolutions.
Success in this role requires a detail-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in collaborative environments. Familiarity with ITIL-aligned change management systems, as well as tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Cramer, and OpManager, is highly desirable.
