Skills & Experience

7+ years in software development, 3+ in a technical leadership role
Deep expertise in mobile (Flutter/React Native) or web/platform (Rails, Node, Vue, AWS)
Proven track record in technical delivery and architecture
Strong mentoring and code review skills
Experience with CI/CD, testing, DevOps practices
Fluent in modern dev tooling and engaged with AI-assisted practices
