Key responsibilities
- Lead technology operations and ensure reliability across platforms and systems.
- Oversee system integrations, APIs, and vendor relationships.
- Support and enhance customer-facing digital channels.
- Develop and maintain data warehousing and analytics frameworks.
- Partner with business stakeholders to make data accessible and actionable.
- Introduce automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and insight.
- Manage security, access, and compliance processes.
About You
You’re a practical, forward-thinking technologist who enjoys variety - one day resolving a technical challenge, the next shaping architectural direction or testing a new data pipeline. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience across integrations, APIs, and data systems.
- Strong grounding in website or portal development.
- Confidence managing external technology vendors.
- Experience building or managing data warehouses and reporting systems.
- A collaborative and inquisitive mindset, unafraid to question and suggest better ways of working.
Bonus points if you’ve worked in financial services, fintech, or other regulated environments, or have explored how GenAI and automation can improve business processes.
