The successful applicant will be required to develop structural CAD plans and/or Revit Models and details. Relevant experience in detailing structures and liaising directly with Architects is essential. We require people who enjoy responsibility and taking ownership of the projects within their control. You will need to be a team player who can work alongside peers and engineers. The drafting team are supported through training, mentoring & implementing best practice systems throughout the company.

The ideal candidate requires:
- An ability to apply design & drafting skills to a range of projects
- Strong technical knowledge & understanding of NZBC with proven NZ experience
- An excellent ability to read and understand architectural drawings and details
- The ability to manage time & meet deadlines
- Proven experience detailing concrete, precast & steel structures
- A strong client & team focus, with a passion for delivering quality documentation
- Fully conversant in AutoCAD (including x refs, layering, dynamic blocks) and/or;
- Fully conversant in Revit (including Revit Families content creation / dynamo)
- Excellent communication skills
