What you’ll be doing
- Deliver structural design on projects across health, education, retail, tertiary and commercial buildings.
- Contribute across the full project lifecycle from early stages of design through procurement and construction monitoring.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, stakeholders, and delivery partners, building strong and trusted relationships.
- Bring analytical rigour and sound engineering judgement to complex projects.
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (or similar).
- Ideally chartered, or working confidently toward chartership.
- 5+ years’ experience in structural engineering within a consultancy environment.
- Strong technical capability someone who can get things done proactively and deliver quality work with minimal oversight.
- Excellent communicator: able to translate technical concepts clearly for clients, partners, and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver positive client experiences.
- Curious, analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.
