Day to day, you could expect to work on:

- Mentoring and coaching People Leaders
- ER
- Performance management
- Talent management

- HR projects
- Stakeholder management
- HR analytics and reporting
About you:
- Previous experience as a senior-level HR Business Partner
- Strong ER experience
- Union experience is ideal
- Systems savvy
- Strong influencing skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, complex environment
