One of New Zealand’s largest Agricultural and leading food and solutions companies are seeking a Solutions Architect to be based at their Central office in Christchurch. Our client has a Nationwide and Global presence that has been thriving since its inception in 1960. Their journey has been from a small kiwi business to success on a global stage and they won’t stop there.
The role:
The role is reporting to the Lead Solutions Architect, where you will assist in the design and implementation of specific solutions for their technology stack. It is envisaged that the Solutions Architect will be involved in the deployment of the ERP project for the first 12-18 months. Alongside your direct report, you will work closely with the Business team members and Business analysts to develop appropriate technology solutions to enhance business functionality. You will confidently be able to design, describe and manage the solution.
Essential Skills:
- Have valid working experience of 5+ years in a Solutions Architect role
- Be confident to make recommendations on technology decisions
- Keep up with the latest industry trends and trending topics
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Github, Terraform, AWS cloud formation.
- Experience in architecture design and modelling documentation such as ERD, HLSD and Sequence diagrams.
- Must be NZ based for this role as it is an urgent fill role.
