About this role:
This mid-size main contractor has experienced good growth with smart Directors at the helm targeting jobs in the $5M - $30M range with successful wins and/or impressed clients offering repeat work.
They are now looking to take on a Site Manager who will be working on $5M - $10M jobs. The projects are a mix of school new builds + refurbishments + reroofs, remediations/weather tightness projects and major fit-outs.
About you:
You will have a carpentry trade qualification and at least 5 - 7 years site experience across commercial projects. You are a great communicator who can liaise effectively with clients, subbies and the team. You should be a person who can demonstrate commitment in previous roles and be confident to date in your performance.
This role would most suit a site supervisor or manager with leadership skills looking to get in with a contractor offering more structure, a career path and opportunity to exercise your management skills.
