About this role:
This employer requires the skills of an additional site manager to take ownership of several projects under construction. You will report to the Contacts Manager, and deliver on all tasks, while professionally leading construction and sub-contractor teams. In this role, you will liaise with consultants, client PMs and local council.
To be successful in this role:
- You will have a trade background or tertiary degree qualification
- 8+ years of commercial construction experience is highly regarded for this role
project experience on $10M plus will be highly regarded as well as Fitout expertise
- Great systems skills with the ability to follow develop and update a commercial program
- Very high HSE standards is essential
- Motivation to succeed and do well in everything you do
- Highly organised and a strong eye for detail
