About the role
The Nelson branch is seeking a Service Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be involved in servicing a range of agricultural machinery whilst providing exceptional customer service.
Apart from your technical know-how and nous, we are looking for a driven individual who is a strong team player that can adapt to any situation. You must also be motivated and keen to learning more about our full line-up of equipment.
In this role you will:
- Complete servicing on all machinery efficiently and effectively
- Enjoy a varied work environment out in the field and in our modern workshop
- Complete all necessary paperwork
- Maintain and upskill your knowledge of new machinery, technical skills and servicing techniques, with our support
- Communicate with all customers in a professional manner, while representing and promoting the business positively
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in servicing agricultural machinery or similar
- Proficient ability to use various IT solutions and diagnostic tools in daily activities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Personal organisational skills
- The right attitude, taking ownership of your work, supporting customers and contributing to growing the business.
