About You:
To be successful in the role of Service Manager, you must be/have:
- A technical background with extensive knowledge of machinery and operations
- An experienced and enthusiastic people leader, comfortable joining a well-established team
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- A confident communicator with the ability to work as part of a team
- Business acumen
- Technically savvy with intermediate computer skills
- Positive and driven
- Solutions driven and flexible in your work approach
What will my day look like?
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of skilled technicians and service coordinators promoting good workplace culture
- Scheduling and assigning job lists based on staff and resources to maximise daily job numbers and technician efficiency
- Review work completed and regular follow ups with clients
- Develop and follow service budgets and constantly review to ensure we are amending when required
- Monthly Reporting and monitoring (including Productivity and Efficiency reports daily)
- Monitoring and implementing best practice Health and Safety solutions
- Have full oversight of Work in Progress and Invoicing ensuring it matches company standards every month
- This is a hands on management role and encompasses our full product range from lawn mowers, Polaris, Golf & Turf, Agriculture and Construction & Forestry equipment.
