About this role:
This organisation is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join their team. In this hands-on role, you’ll report to the Business Systems Manager and take charge of their enterprise finance system as well as supporting other platforms used across the group. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Providing system support and resolving technical issues
- Leading and contributing to system improvement and finance transformation projects
- Identifying and implementing automation and process optimisation opportunities
- Supporting users through training, guidance, and documentation
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver excellent outcomes
You’ll be central to enhancing the user experience, streamlining finance workflows, and ensuring the systems run smoothly and efficiently
About you:
- Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central
- Strong understanding of core finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools
- A relevant tertiary qualification in accounting, business, or IT (CA is a bonus)
- Experience supporting users, developing documentation, and managing change
- A mindset for continuous improvement and excellent stakeholder communication
