- Contribute across all phases of product development, from initial ideation and design to user testing and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate within a dynamic squad, helping to define the technology roadmap and uphold principles of quality, stable, and supportable software.
- Lead initiatives within our Mobile Guild, sharing your expertise and continuously improving our collective approach to mobile development.
About You
- Senior level experience in native mobile development, with a strong focus on Android (Kotlin or Java) and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences.
- A proven ability to design and deliver large features independently, contributing to architectural discussions and decisions.
- A natural talent for mentorship and a desire to help others grow their technical skills and confidence.
- An unwavering commitment to quality, with an eye for detail that ensures our apps are fast, reliable, and delightful to use.
- A highly collaborative and adaptable mindset, comfortable with self-directed work in a fast-moving Agile environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, always looking for innovative ways to improve systems and processes.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and a clear understanding of what it takes to deliver great software with care and precision.
