Our client is known for providing high quality residential aged care and retirement living, grounded in love, respect and genuine care for residents, their whānau and their team.
They are now seeking a Clinical Coordinator to provide hands-on clinical leadership across their Rest Home in Napier.
This is not a desk job. This is visible, floor based leadership - mentoring nurses and caregivers, managing rosters, navigating staff issues, supporting performance reviews, and ensuring exceptional resident centred care every single day.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, playing a key role in shaping culture, clinical excellence and team performance.You'll work Sunday to Thursday, 7am - 3pm. On call is shared across all Clinical Coordinators
What you’ll bring
- Current NZ Nursing Council Registration & APC
- Senior RN experience within aged care
- A desire to lead a team, and manage staff issues with fairness and professionalism
- Organisational skills and a calm, solutions-focused leadership style
- A genuine passion for resident wellbeing and empowering your team
