The Role
Collaborating closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, you'll focus on the dairy industry, manufacturing and food & beverage sectors, supporting and expanding our pipeline with sustaining capital projects in New Zealand. You’ll also contribute to the clients growing decarbonization portfolio, strengthening client partnerships and driving growth with new manufacturing clients, in alignment with their Energy & Industrial plan. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Projects: Take charge of small to medium-sized projects, ensuring delivery meets client expectations and business objectives.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including cost estimation and budgeting, detailed design management and coordination, procurement and vendor management, commissioning and handover.
- Work Winning & Client Engagement: Build authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients. Support business development through work-winning strategies, proposals, and solutions.
- Inspire and guide: Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their growth and enabling the team to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
- Project Management: Proven track record as a project manager leading cross functional teams.
- Innovation and Research: Stay up to date with the latest advancements and integrate new innovations and best practices into project designs.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dairy, food or other clean-industry sectors or general manufacturing
Alongside this, you will have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Process or Chemical Engineering
- Ideally you will be chartered
- Proven experience in a similar role with 6+ years’ experience post-graduation
- Demonstrated success in winning work
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
