Due to high growth, they have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planner to join their team working on a variety of exciting projects across the land development, infrastructure and environmental sectors.
They are a multidisciplinary consultancy providing project management, engineering, surveying and planning services to deliver exciting projects both locally and nationwide.
Their passion lies in maximising the potential of projects and developments for the benefit of their clients and New Zealand.
The Role
- Resource consent and private plan changes for a range of private and public sector organisations
- Manage resource consent applications
- Advising clients at an early project stage; obtaining resource consents for small to large land development projects;
- Undertaking applications for concessions
- Preparing private plan changes.
About You
- Senior Planner with 5 years + experience in consultancy environment or willingness to work in a consulting environment
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- NZPI Membership
- Experience with resource consent
- Manage high-end planning works
- Able to work autonomously to get the job across the line.
- Must be of an experience level that you are able to work completely independently
