Senior Full Stack Developer

The Role

Seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Full Stack Developer to join a team, focusing on the development and maintenance of critical enterprise digital systems. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring strong capability across the entire stack - from modern frontend frameworks to robust backend services and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance complex full-stack systems using Laravel, React, and related modern technologies.
• Design and implement highly efficient backend services, RESTful APIs, and manage MySQL database optimization.
• Implement and support search and data solutions utilizing OpenSearch / Elasticsearch.
• Deploy, maintain, and support cloud applications leveraging AWS services and applying DevOps methodologies.
• Utilize Docker and CI/CD pipelines to ensure streamlined and automated deployments.
• Contribute significantly to technical architecture planning, documentation, and the establishment of high engineering standards.
• Proactively resolve operational issues and ensure high system availability and continuity.

About You

Required Skills (Proficiency is Essential)

• Strong full-stack development experience within complex, enterprise-level environments.
• Expertise in backend technologies: Laravel (PHP), MySQL.
• Expertise in frontend technologies: React, TypeScript, SCSS.
• Cloud & DevOps skills: AWS, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Docker, Git, Bash.
• Strong knowledge of secure coding practices, performance tuning, and adherence to engineering best practices.

Desirable Skills (Advantageous)

• Experience with state management libraries: Redux, Zustand, or modern frontend tools like MUI, Next.js, React Router, Inertia.js.
• Familiarity with alternative backend technologies (Express.js, Python) or infrastructure tooling (Terraform, GitHub Actions).
• Experience integrating with or developing for common platforms such as Moodle, Shopify, or Salesforce.
• Holding an AWS Certification (Associate or above, not mandatory).
