The Role
- Maintain accurate financial records in Xero, Re-Leased, and other relevant systems.
- Oversee treasury functions, including daily bank reconciliations and cashflow forecasting.
- Manage tenant relationships for financial purposes, including responding to queries and debtor reporting.
- Coordinate month-end processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Lead finance projects to enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience.
- Provide general support across the business as part of a small Head Office team.
- Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for review.
- Manage payables/creditor processes and payroll.
- Lead annual tenant opex wash-ups and budgets.
- Prepare annual Group P&L and cash forecasts, including rolling and long-term forecasts.
- Contribute to the design of internal controls and finance risk management framework.
- Provide strategic input into the direction of the Group alongside senior management.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize returns within the Group's risk profile.

- CA or CPA qualification essential.
- 6+ years' experience in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.
- Proficient in Excel and experienced in financial modeling.
- Familiarity with accounting standards, tax compliance, and organisational procedures.
- Experience with Xero and/or Re-Leased preferred.
