This employer is dedicated to unlocking regenerative healing for all. An exciting opportunity has emerged within the Operational Engineering team due to the recent relocation of a senior member. They are actively seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to join this high functioning team. They're looking for an individual with exceptional communication skills, capable of fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive manufacturing best practices, enhancements, and overall operational excellence.
In this varied role you will:
- Provide technical support for Technical Services and Manufacturing. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and propose design solutions.
- Identify and resolve manufacturing and supplier component issues. Drive solutions and assess impacts.
- Implement improvement projects in manufacturing. Collaborate with teams for smooth integration.
- Develop innovative design solutions for manufacturing challenges.
- Write and review Quality System documentation, upholding Good Documentation Practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in relevant engineering / scientific discipline.
- Significant experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Technical Expertise: Mechanical design, fabrication techniques.
- As well as the ability to problem solve, work in a collaborative environment and apply critical thinking to challenging situations.
