They are looking for a CPEng waters expert and leader, with great knowledge of the land development market and subdivision process to become their business discipline guru in this space.

The Role
- Provide high-level technical support and guidance to the wider Engineering Team
- Develop and strengthen design and processes
- Prepare and oversee civil and environmental engineering designs, drawings, calculations and reports for land use and sub-division consent and other required information for applications
- Assist with processes around environmental regulations, design processes, quality assurance and safety in design on all work assignments
- Provide engineering assessment from initial investigation through design, construction, final reporting and follow up stages
- Engage in value engineering and problem solving
- Work on civil engineering designs, drawings, calculations and reports for land use and sub-division consent and other required information for applications
- Support ongoing development of strengthening of engineering methods and best practices
- Build communication links internally and externally and build strong relationships with critical partners such as Councils, environmental agencies and industry bodies.
About You
- An ambitious, driven, technically competent Engineering Guru
- A respected Engineer who is passionate about Civil / Environmental Engineering and the Land Development market.
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Engineering Chartership
- Approx. 10 years’ experience
- Strong technical skills and high proficiency with standard software packages
- M365, Civil 3d, Autocad
- 3-Waters expert and leader, with great knowledge of the land development market and subdivision process
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a variety of people
