The Role
You’ll lead the civil engineering design of medium to large-scale land development projects. You’ll work closely with the Engineering Director and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including geotechnical and structural engineers, surveyors, and planners.
You’ll be client-facing, so strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.
- Lead civil design for land development projects (three waters, earthworks, roading)
- Team management
- Oversee projects from concept to completion
- Prepare engineering calculations, specifications, and design documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
- Conduct construction monitoring and site inspections
- Build strong relationships with clients, councils, and contractors
- Support business development alongside the Engineering Director
About You
Recognised engineering degree and CPEng (or working towards)
Strong skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Confident project and team leadership
