Here’s what you can expect from this role:
* Support teams across the company to manage security and compliance risks, growing their capabilities with advice and training.

* Support Risk Assessment by working with teams to assess security state against requirements, and find suitable, compliant ways to get things done.

* Manage and maintain the ongoing Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) security compliance by coordinating assurance processes and materials.

* Be a trusted advisor around security compliance aspects.

What you will bring to the team:
* 2 - 3 years experience in a similar Security role

* A post-secondary or tertiary qualification, or security/compliance certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA), are desirable but not required.

* Naturally nurturing & grow relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

* Wear an advisory hat for all security activities, and have a compassionate approach to growing internal security awareness.

* Strong, concise & confident communicator, technical and non-technical; and thrives in detail.

* Your curiosity and knowledge of current security trends, risks, and advances through continuous learning & researching.
