The Role
You’ll be the go-to SAP TM functional expert — gathering business requirements, designing functional specifications, working closely with developers for configuration/customisation, and leading knowledge transfer across the business. This isn’t a role for a hands-off consultant or a developer — we’re looking for a true functional leader who knows TM inside-out.The TM module has been implemented but remains a work in progress post-go-live. You’ll take the reins and help stabilise, optimise, and embed it into daily operations, working closely with logistics and transport integrations (think: freight companies, couriers, warehouse systems).
About You
- Proven experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) as a Functional Consultant
- Ideally, exposure to Warehouse Management (WM) or EWMS – though TM is the must-have
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, business process design, and functional documentation
- Experience working across supply chain, logistics or freight-related SAP environments
- Excellent communication skills — you’ll be leading conversations with both technical and business teams
- A mindset for quality, ownership, and long-term thinking
