About this role:
As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for managing the people side of this organisations SAP ERP implementation project. Your goal is to ensure a smooth transition, foster user adoption, and minimize disruption across the organization. You will collaborate closely with project teams, senior leadership, and end-users to develop and execute change management strategies that align with project objectives and organizational goals
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans tailored to the SAP ERP rollout
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement strategies to ensure buy-in at all levels
- Create communication plans, training programs, and support materials to facilitate user adoption
- Identify potential resistance points and develop strategies to address them effectively
- Monitor change adoption progress and provide ongoing support to ensure sustained benefits
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change readiness assessments
About you:
- Proven experience in change management for large-scale ERP implementations, preferably SAP
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving successful change initiatives within complex organizational environments
- Knowledge of manufacturing would be a plus
