Sales Team Lead

This employer is looking for Team Managers who are keen on growing their leadership capabilities to a whole new level with a team of hungry sales reps, working side to side with their global Tech partners!

They offer:

  • OTE package of up to $125,000 pa (combination of base and bonuses)

  • Work with cross-cultural team from UK, Spain, Philippines and Asia.
  • Working hours are Monday - Friday: 10am - 6.30pm
  • 20 days paid time off
  • the choice to work on up to 12 public holidays in a year. For instances where you have selected to work on any public holidays, you will be entitled for "Days in Lieu" + "A time and a half pay worked on that specific day"


As a Team Manager, you will:

  • Manage and Develop up to 12 B2B Sales Development Representatives
  • Reports directly to the senior leadership team within Asia Pacific.
  • Manage overall program performance, training and development of your B2B Sales reps, recruitment for your team, client QBRs, and be heavily involved in maintaining their unique culture.
  • Working with the leadership team to develop strategic objectives to enhance your clients ROI.
  • Contribute to any cultural events planning.
  • Manage and create any incentives for the team.
  • Execute sales planning tools and ideas with your team.



What you'll need

  • 2+ years of directly leading teams of outbound sales development reps or similar.
  • Strong communicator able to deliver messages in a motivating and inspirational manner whilst maintaining high standards and discipline.
  • Proven skills in the Coaching, Training & Development a team.
