As a Team Manager, you will:
- Manage and Develop up to 12 B2B Sales Development Representatives
- Reports directly to the senior leadership team within Asia Pacific.
- Manage overall program performance, training and development of your B2B Sales reps, recruitment for your team, client QBRs, and be heavily involved in maintaining their unique culture.
- Working with the leadership team to develop strategic objectives to enhance your clients ROI.
- Contribute to any cultural events planning.
- Manage and create any incentives for the team.
- Execute sales planning tools and ideas with your team.
What you'll need
- 2+ years of directly leading teams of outbound sales development reps or similar.
- Strong communicator able to deliver messages in a motivating and inspirational manner whilst maintaining high standards and discipline.
- Proven skills in the Coaching, Training & Development a team.
