They are seeking a dynamic, engaging Sales Representative who has technical expertise in the floor coatings sector and the ability to communicate with a diverse mix of contractors and clients. They seek someone who ideally has experience selling into these Sectors or technical experience motivated to develop their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Engage with facility owners and contractors.
- Support project inspections and applicators.
- Active participation in internal training programs.
- Meeting established sales targets.
- Maximizing client engagement with products and services.
- Proficiency in time and territory management.
- Experience within the floor coatings industry.
- Travel to sites in the central North Island.'
Skills & Experience
- Have a great presence, well-presented, with the ability to open doors and develop relationships with different personalities.
- Ideally have worked in the coatings sector or experience as an Applicator.
- Highly motivated to develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships.
- Identify and develop opportunities.
