This employer is a leading distributor of electrical components both within New Zealand and abroad.  They are looking for two Sales and Marketing Operations Coordinators to join their team.

The Sales and Marketing Operations Co-Ordinators will support the Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the sales operations and marketing activities of the company.  They will track market developments, create strategies and set up sales plans. The Sales and Marketing Operations Co-Ordinators will also work closely with the Sales team to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and campaigns.

Your day-to-day responsibilities in the role will include assisting with:

• Company communication, advertising and marketing related activities and ensure that all these activities meet the company’s annual plans
• Sales and marketing strategy
• Sales and market opportunity analysis
• Company marketing and brand
• Customer and product pricing
• Sales team support

To be successful in the role you will be……

• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Office and relevant software packages a must
• An experienced marketing assistant or administrator with exceptional attention to detail
• Motivated to succeed - you will jump at every opportunity to help and ensure the smooth running of the team
• Competent reporting and analysis skills
• Positive with a can-do attitude
• High degree of accuracy, with excellent attention to detail
• Highly organised and capable of managing a variety of tasks
• Proactive; you will be one step ahead and always on task
• Adaptable; able to turn your hand to whatever the day throws at you
• Resilient and able to work to deadlines
