This BEAUTIFUL and well established 60 bed facility is currently the leader in their model of care, supporting the 24-hour clinical oversight of the elder population.They are growing in size and need someone to be with them on their growth journey.
What you will be doing:
This outgoing and supportive team are seeking a cohesive Registered Nurse to join the ranks and learn.
You will be a key team member and assisting in patient management such as assessments, care planning, providing care and evaluations for patients and their families, monitoring patient conditions and behaviours, reassuring and educating families, administering medicines and assisting residents with daily activities.
Skills & Experience needed:
- A skilled and passionate Aged Care Nurse
- Able to work a full rotating roster
- Willing to learn and take on challenges
- Must be a clear communicator
