We cover IT, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing, Accounting & Finance and Administration. And we run a busy contractor and temp desk.

The Role:

Since we are well established and experienced, clients are coming to us and although there is a component of business development attached to our roles, we are more about soft selling, networking, mingling, running industry events such as:  Women in Tech, Women in Manufacturing, Exec Women in Tech, Fintech groups.

Our recruiters work end to end, from developing client relationships and initial client requirement briefing, through searches and interviews, to the negotiation of job offers for candidates and they also take care of the post placement care to make sure our placed candidates are happy in their new roles.

Ideally we are looking for a new Consultant who is keen to either recruit in the Engineering /Tech space or Generalist space (Admin, Sales & Marketing) but we would consider Consultants or Newcomers to the industry who don’t have experience in these areas but have potential to grow into such a role.

Our supportive team and network will enable you to ease into this role until you are ready to work on assignments comfortably on your own.
