About the role
Our Abdominal and Pelvic imaging fellowships provide Fellows with a comprehensive understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal disorders through the use of advanced imaging techniques.
The fellowship is typically one-year long and includes instruction in the interpretation of CT, MRI, ultrasound, and other imaging modalities, as well as hands-on experience in image-guided procedures such as biopsies. Fellows will also work with cutting-edge technology like CT and MRI enterography and virtual colonoscopy.
Throughout the fellowship, fellows will collaborate with specialists in Gastroenterology and Surgery and upon completion, graduates will be experts in the field of abdominal imaging and have the necessary skills to provide specialised diagnostic support to doctors and other specialists treating abdominal disorders.
We are committed to ongoing progress in Radiology and in such is continuing to invest in research infrastructure. As part of your Fellowship, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved in research with industry leaders who can support you with all the requirements around that.
All fellows work closely session to session with one Radiologist as their Supervisor. However being with us means that you will have the opportunity to learn from a breadth of Radiologists to help you grow your career.
We are New Zealand’s leading radiology services provider, providing imaging, reporting and contract services within New Zealand. We’re proudly focused on providing world-class radiology, delivered locally.
