Job Description:
As an R&D Technician, you will work with the company's R&D Chemists to develop new personal care and household cleaning products. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the R&D Chemists with experiments and product formulation
- Conducting product testing and analysis
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure that products meet customer and business requirements
- Contributing to the development of new product ideas and concepts
Qualifications and Experience:
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- A diploma or degree in Chemistry, Food Technology or a related field
- Manufacturing and Quality experience from the personal care or food industry is an advantage.
- A good understanding of environmental sustainability principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
