Established but not stuck in their ways - they have plans afoot to implement FSSC22000 and need someone to join the team to lead this while managing a small quality team.
You will:
- Lead quality at their Auckland site, champion culture and provide advice and training
- Look for gaps in the process and work with quality and operations to adopt BRC standards
- Maintain and update customer quality systems when amendments occur.
- Identify and implement improvements in the quality systems
- Manage, motivate and empower the quality team
- Maintain and develop relationships with key suppliers and consider sustainability impacts when assessing new raw materials
