The Role
This is a pivotal leadership role driving quality engineering across global delivery teams. You’ll lead QA strategy, manage regional testers, embed automation within CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high-quality releases across projects and BAU environments.
About You
- 5+ years in software QA/QE, 2+ years in leadership.
- Strong manual and automation testing experience.
- Proficient with tools like Jira, Zephyr, Selenium, Cypress.
- Familiar with CI/CD integration and non-functional testing.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Strong communicator with experience leading remote teams.
- Able to develop and mentor high-performing QA teams.
