- Overseeing commercial construction projects from pre-start to completion
- Managing programme, quality, budget, and client communication
- Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and internal delivery teams
- Leading site operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes
- Supporting and mentoring teams while keeping projects on track

- Proven delivery experience in commercial construction
- Strong organisational and people-management skills
- Confidence leading teams and managing project outcomes
- A practical, solution-focused mindset
