Project Coordinator - Electrical

Due to an increase in workload, Ventia have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and motivated Project Coordinator to look after multiple projects within our Electrical Services Team based at the Substation in Otara

This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as Financial month end reporting, document and information distribution, report collation, communication support, as well as general office administrative duties.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with project team members, managers to help deliver Electrical projects efficiently by:

  • Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams and providing information and regular support to stakeholders
  • Providing support to project managers and business leaders
  • Creating and reviewing of reports for accuracy and distribution
  • Managing many software programmes that BRS has.

Desirable attributes:

  • Business or Business Administration Management
  • Previous project coordination experience in a construction project environment
  • Ability to multi-task various activities
  • Financial acumen

ABOUT YOU

This role requires a candidate with excellent communications skills, the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, and experience meeting hard deadlines.

Your strong customer service skills and your ability to build rapport with the clients are also key to your success in this role.

Experience or Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
