Position Overview:
As a Production Scientist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of production processes. Your primary responsibilities will involve providing technical support to the production team, addressing chemical and technical issues that may arise during production, and working closely with customers to resolve any product-related challenges. You will also be actively involved in research and development activities to improve current production yields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your scientific background and expertise to troubleshoot technical and chemical issues during production, with a focus on meeting customer requirements, optimizing yield, and enhancing product activity.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to establish and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring that products consistently meet the highest quality standards.
- Contribute to our research and development initiatives, bringing innovative ideas and insights to improve our production processes and develop new products.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement within the production environment.
- Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) knowledge to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant scientific field.
- Previous experience in the protein industry
- Experience in a laboratory and manufacturing environment
- Mandarin language proficiency is a plus but not essential.
