Production Operator

The role involves:

‍This is a diverse and variety filled role which requires the production operators to work across the various stages of food preparation to complete the finished product. This includes

• Competent set up, operation and changeover of all plant and machinery (Training Provided)
• Premixing and cooking the product including the use of mixers, sheeters and forming machinery with minimal waste and downtime.
• Operating the packing machine to package the final product.
• Must understand and follow all recipes, schedules, and processes for efficient running of the line.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping meeting GMP standards.
• Follow cleaning procedures ensuring specifications are met
• Perform preoperative checks and advise coordinator/engineers of any issues/repairs required

About you:‍

• Have previous production experience, ideally in a food manufacturing or FMCG role (running automated high-speed lines), you will also have:
• Previous experience withing within a GMP environment and operate in line with quality systems
• Have a strong sense of urgency and be able to multitask.

There are a range of shifts available for this permanent position:Nightshift – Sunday to Thursday:  7pm to 3.30amMorning shift – Monday to Friday: 3.00am to 11.30amAfternoon shift – Monday to Friday: 11.00am to 3.30pm
