The role
As the Production Manager you will work alongside the senior leadership team reporting to the Operations Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the factory and experienced production team.
With a strong sales pipeline they are looking for someone with a desire to succeed and drive performance. With operations in New Zealand, Australia and the USA, they supply and support customers globally. Given the industries they support, they operate to exacting standards and are looking to continually improve and be a world leader in their field.
What you will need
In order to achieve success in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in CNC Machining, fabrication or tooling within a production or manufacturing environment
- A sound understanding of Health and Safety procedures
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- The ability to problem solve, think outside the box and reprioritise when required
- A drive to refine processes and continuous improvement.
This role will suit an experienced Production Manager or someone who is looking for an opportunity to step up and work alongside an experienced and supportive management team.
