Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of 20 diverse staff on the production floor
- Ensure seamless operations and meet production targets
- Be on the floor every day, directing and guiding your team to success
- Address any issues that arise promptly and effectively
- Report to the Operations Manager
- Introduce a second shift when necessary
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Experience in chemical handling or blending is a bonus
- Confidence to address issues on the production floor
- Experience leading a production team and managing a multicultural environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
