Here's what you can expect from the role:
* Curate the present to 3 month product roadmap for the Ping product and ensure that work aligns and drives their longer term roadmap goals forward.
* Empower high performance from the Pinguin squads by ensuring they have full context to the reason behind their work along with the benefits seen from their output.
* Own the squad's backlog and be accountable for it content and sequencing, ensuring work is appropriately prioritised to release rapid, incremental value to their customers and business.
* Work with the Pinguin squad and their stakeholders to create quality user stories.
* Keep all interested parties in loop - sponsors, stakeholders and customers - helping to align expectations about upcoming changes and to ensure good governance and support.
* Support squads to follow agile principles and practises and use data to drive continuous improvement.
What you will bring to their team:
* A high achiever with 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, or similar roles such as Business Analyst.
* Experienced in working in an agile development environment with a good understanding of agile practices and ways of working.
* A proven track record of successfully developing flexible value driven product roadmaps to clarify where we are going, taking ownership of outcomes, define opportunities and delivering measurable results.
* Demonstrable experience of managing a wide variety of business relationships including stakeholder and external partners.
* Experienced using outcome based metrics to measure the impact of change.
* A great team player and collaborator, able to form strong relationships and get the best out of people, naturally curious with an inclination to try new things.
* An outstanding communicator - able to explain ideas simply & clearly, listen carefully to others, and proactively improve team communication.
