What You Will Do:
In your role as a Product Innovation Manager, you'll be at the heart of driving transformative change and shaping the future of products.
- Develop collaborative business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans, ensuring alignment with customers' needs
- Put the "Voice of the Customer" (VOC) at the forefront, leveraging customer insights to guide product development from ideation to post-launch.
- Collaboratively design and formulate new products, formats, and features that will redefine the industry.
- Conduct post-marketing reviews to ensure the product portfolio remains optimal, up-to-date, and compliant.
- Cultivate strong relationships with business partners, vendors, and manufacturers, representing the innovation vision at meetings, tradeshows, and conferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches (including regulatory)
What You Bring to the Table
They're looking for individuals who possess a unique blend of skills and experience to lead innovation efforts.
- Educational Background: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a health or life science; post-graduate and relevant industry qualifications preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in related positions, including product management, R&D, innovation, and process improvement.
- Project Management: Proven ability in project and project team management, utilizing innovation tools like field research, ideation, and prototyping.
- Innovation Mindset: Natural inclination for creativity, curiosity, and an ability to discern optimal ideas and projects.
- Team Player: Proven ability to work both autonomously and as part of collaborative teams, with a history of growing and maintaining professional networks.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication - fluency in Mandarin is a bonus but not essential.
