• Develop and refine recipes, considering ingredient sourcing, nutritional requirements, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Oversee pilot production runs and work with suppliers to source ingredients.
• Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing product-related queries and issues.
