You will:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Develop and refine recipes, considering ingredient sourcing, nutritional requirements, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Oversee pilot production runs and work with suppliers to source ingredients.
- Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing product-related queries and issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
- Experience in food product development.
- An understanding of food industry regulations, labeling requirements, and food safety standards.
- Creativity and passion for food, with a proven ability to develop innovative product offerings.
- Proficiency in recipe development, considering ingredient functionality, taste profiles, and nutrition.
