Here's what you can expect from the role:
* Working with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and deliver business value.
* Supporting product design across web and mobile platforms.
* Able to use, as well as advocate across the business for, creative problem solving, such as Design Thinking, to guide design processes to understand the best way to solve customer problems.
* Engaging in product discovery, conducting experiments, and facilitating workshops to assist your team in generating and implementing optimal solutions.
* Prototyping concepts to help validate solutions prior to development.
* Crafting detailed visual designs with sensitivity to edge cases.
* Independently executing user testing and research techniques, and are able to work closely with the Design Lead and/or UX partner.
* Overseeing projects throughout the entire design process, from project inception through to a live product.
What you'll bring with you:

* 2+ years' experience in similar design roles, ideally within an internal team however an agency background would be considered.
* Experience with Sketch or Figma tools.
* Desirable technical skills: Prototyping software.
